We provide 3 methods for support.

1. User Forum

The User Forum is a place where you can ask questions, add your suggestions, and discuss general aspects of the software with all beta testers and the developers. This forum is read daily by the developers and your questions will be responded to in a timely manner. All messages are previewed before being posted so please stick to the topic related to Job Cost.

Bugs should be reported below on the Bug Tracking System.

2. Bug Tracking System (Requires you to register before using)

The Bugzilla Bug Tracking system is a comprehensive tracking and reporting system and is used to manage all bugs and resolution. You will need to be a registered Beta Tester to use this system and we will send you a userid and password for accessing the system.

3. Support Email - Questions can be sent to our Support Email Address (support@gasman.com)

This will be usually answered with 24 hours, work load permitting.
