Ovation Software is based in Victoria, B.C. Canada.

Ovation was incorporated in 1986 to develop engineering and commercial software.

Our first product named AGGPROS  (AGGregate PROcessing Software) developed under DOS is used for the testing, analysis, and processing of aggregates (granular materials such as sand, gravel, and crushed rock).

This allows the user to input raw or processed sieve data in a variety of forms. The resulting gradation of that sample is then computed and compared, either graphically or in tabular form, to any gradational specification, or any number of specifications. The software indicates whether the sample meets the specification, and if not where and by how much.  Aggpros has 7 different processes that can be employed singly, reiteratively, or in any combination to simulate the gradational aspects of aggregate processing. The process include Splitting, Screening, Washing, Sorting, Controlling, Crushing, and Blending or Averaging. This product is now obsolete and is currently being reviewed for a new version written for current Windows Operating System.

Our second product name Universal Job Cost Version 1.0 developed under DOS and was developed for a number of construction companies and is used to manage and track daily costs and revenues. This allows the user to compare actual costs to budget amounts and to find out whether costs and revenues are meeting expected values. This allows the user to make changes on a timely basis to maximize profits and minimize expenses.

Our current product in development is Ovation Job Cost Version 2.0 being developed to run under Windows XP/Vista/Win7 Operating Systems. This is a major upgrade to the original Universal Job Cost Version 1.0. This has extensive new features which are listed on the News Page.

We have completed the initial development of the Ovation Job Cost software.
